i really need suggestions my teeth are dingy and i have braces but i really want them white what can i do?
How can you whiten your teeth WITH BRACES ON???
brush you teeth in a circular motion.
they probably look less white because of the braces. but i had them, and when they came off, my teeth were waaaaaaaaay white.
so the same may happen to you

Reply:you really do not want to whiten your teeth with braces, or you will have little squares on your teeth afterwards! brush often, and floss!
Reply:speak w/your dentist and orthodontist. good hygiene is very important, but more so with braces.
Reply:My teeth actually got whiter while wearing braces. The brackets protected my enamel. I%26#039;d just brush the braces as best as possible for 2 minutes until then.
