The %26quot;white%26quot; marks are caused by something different then regular staining from Colas and Coffee. I don%26#039;t think they will work, and may actually be bad for you causing tooth sensitivity in your case. The white marks are caused by enamel decalcification.
I recommend that you see a cosmetic dentist who can advise you on that situation.

Reply:my daughter%26#039;s orthodontist recommended a regular dental cleaning, waiting a month, then using crest premium whitestrips exactly as directed. i couldn%26#039;t notice any difference at all when she was done.
