i asked a question about porcelin veneer's.and i got an answer from someone saying i could get braces behind my teeth so they wouldnt show on top of my teeth...is this true?

Reply:*Supposedly* certain famous people have had them behind, not sure how true it is, though I can't imagine how horrible that would be to deal with. Regular braces are bad enough on the mouth and tongue for a while.
Reply:An orthodontist will fix your teeth with regular braces and then when they're straight she'll put a permanent metal brace behind your bottom 4 teeth. I know cause I've had that brace for 8 years now and my teeth look the same as when I just got my braces off.
