i just took off my braces and started to wear retainers. My teeth feels weak because i can move it with my fingers. Is this suppose to happen after you take off ur braces or is my teeth going to fall out?

thats normal, the brace moved your teeth into opsition, so the gums would be a bit loose around the teeth, you should be given a retainer which will hold the teeth in place while the gums get used to it
Reply:It takes a long time to get used to the feeling of not having braces. They were bracing your teeth and now your teeth are free. It is totally normal. Hang in there, you'll get used to it. Peace.
