I've had braces for a year now and i usually drink 2-3 cans of coke zero a day but sometimes a few more and sometimes less. My ortho said he would be very surprised if i had any stains since my teeth are so clean and the people who get stains live of mars bars and coke.
How much coke would you need to drink to get stains on your teeth with braces?
Her orthodontist isnt dumb..he's right. You can get stains on your teeth.
Don't worry though...I had braces and drank A TON of soda. Just brush your teeth to keep your enamel strong and teeth stain-free.

as for the coke Zero thing
dont drink it. Regular coke is healthier than coke zero artificial sweetner is the worst thing for u
