I've had braces for a year now and i usually drink 2-3 cans of coke zero a day but sometimes a few more and sometimes less. My ortho said he would be very surprised if i had any stains since my teeth are so clean and the people who get stains live off mars bars and coke.
How much coke would you need to drink to get stains on your teeth with braces?
Probably alot. While not brushing your teeth.
Coke is gross though. It eats away the inner layers of your stomach. Not as much as alcohol, but it does.
